Names Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other term typed into a search box is sent to the third-party company that operates that tool. Amelia County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy rules govern its handling of a query.
Messages Sent to Us
If a visitor sends an email or contact-form message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
